A single room with air conditioner. Favourable and beautiful location, in the middle of jackson.

This hotel has a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff are very friendly and provide excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms, including the air conditioner, make for a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel, near the road with interesting shops, adds to its charm.

The location is good and stunning, 1 mile from a kid-friendly theme park. Furthermore, it's so close to the beach.

Upon checking out of the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary bottle of wine and fruit in our room. The staff were polite and friendly, especially the receptionist Venera. The variety and taste of the meals provided in the all-inclusive package were excellent. The hotel has a good spa and entertainment facilities for children. The private car parking and access to the hotel's own beach were convenient. The large swimming pool added to the enjoyable experience. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel had great staff, always polite and helpful. The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of options that satisfied both adult and children's tastes. We especially enjoyed the private beach access and the great swimming pool. The kid's entertainment was a nice bonus, allowing us to relax while our little ones were entertained. , it was convenient to have private car park and on-demand taxi.

The WiFi only worked in the common areas, and was not available in our room. The menu was repetitive, serving the same dishes almost every day.

I had a great time at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The hotel's location, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, is excellent. Our room was incredibly comfortable, with luxurious amenities and a cozy bed. The all-inclusive service had an impressive range of great food options, including diet and vegan choices, and desserts. The staff, polite and welcoming, let guests enjoy their stay without trying to upsell extras. The Spa & Wellness Centre was excellent for our relaxation and enjoyment, a real highlight of the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel for the luxurious experience it provides.

Although the hotel is very luxurious, there was only one minor issue during our stay - wifi. It had a limited connection and made it hard to stay connected during our entire stay.

the staff were incredibly polite and friendly, especially Venera on reception and Giorgi in the animation team. They went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. Secondly, the hotel had a fantastic variety of tasty meals, and the breakfast was especially delicious. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and equipped with air conditioning, which was a relief in the hot weather.
